I am amending my rating to a three star because I was contacted by Customer Support and they did allow me to return the scooter and sent me a return label to do so. I have not yet received either a new scooter or a refund so I am not giving a higher rating at this time. when the problem is fully resolved, I will re-evaluate my rating.(Initial Rating) The concept is good. It was easy for my niece to learn to ride right away. The battery will not charge completely and dies quickly. I contacted customer service and they said I had to have the original box. My family member already discarded the box so I asked if there was anything else I could do. They offered to send me a replacement battery, which was great, however here it is four months later and no batter and they will not respond to further attempts to contact them. If the battery was good and the customer service was good, I would give this product no less than 4 stars, however I give it 1 star because after 4 months my niece is still not able to ride it for any length of time.

the kids picked up on it pretty quick, but as an adult it took me awhile to get comfortable. pretty fun once you are able to balance and control it. great for a stroll around the neighborhood or when you're a little too tired to walk.

App is unuseful, has very little information on opperation or on set up. There are no instructions on the operation of the machine what so ever. As for the machine it is ditto, no instructions, no set up explanations no help what so ever to people speaking English. Looks like great copy of Segway but that is what it is a copy, a picture just a non- functioning photoghraph, not a real operational machine, maybe cheap tool look a like. There are no places to find this info either.One last thing, It was on expidited shipping, 2 Day Air. Ordered on the 13th of August, received on August 19th! That was with PRIME<WHAT?

This hoverboard is not a good buy, it does not work correctly and they will not give a refund or a Amazon credit. I wanted to buy a better one for my child and it’s like a ghost town now!!! I’m very disappointed with Amazon. This is why I used them because they were supposed to be a great company.

I think the were a bit pricey compared to others. One of them came defective the battery only charge half way. Could not return or exchange because they were for a client's party and there were taking them on a trip couple days after they arrived.

We ordered this thing in the middle of June for my son's birthday July 10th. After a week of being used the power button stuck and it's broken. They won't let me return or refund or replace. So stuck with this $300 piece of trash.

Had an issue with the scooter and SFSOFTINC took care of it no problem. Their staff is excellent and their response time is fast. They attempt to satisfy every customer to their fullest ability. Thank you SFSOFTINC.

It throws me off when I ride steep hills. The battery only last less than an hour. Also it beeps when I turn it on it continuously beeps. Not recommend for beginners
