How long do you have to wait for them to dry before you get dressed? Also, any residue on dark colors? Thanks!

I use them quite a bit during California's hot summers. After applying, and by the time I dispose of the used cloth, I am ready to dress. I never felt I had to wait to dry. They make me feel fresh and have a great scent. I did not look for any residue so I cannot answer that portion of your question. After laundering my clothes I would have noticed any stains or residue if it had remained on my clothing after laundering. There was none.

Are they individually wrapped

No, it’s like a pack of baby wipes. You just pull one out at a time. They stay moist and fresh in the sealed package.

Want to take them camping as an all over wipe, even for the lady bits. Too abrasive? Anyone ladies have a bad reaction?

I would not use it on the lady bits. However the rest of the body should be fine. If I’m extra sweaty, the scent sometimes doesn’t cover up the BO. It still works well, just depends on how hot and sweaty I may get. Might not be the best for camping but who cares if you’re stinky while camping?! Definitely get different wipes for the lady parts though.
