First Laser Printer
I was tired of paying $80 to replace the 6 color ink cartridges in my Epson ink jet especially since most of what I print is black and white. I installed this printer a few weeks ago and it easily connected via ethernet cable. My computers have all easily found the printer. I like that it holds more paper than my ink jet printer. So far it has worked great. Really hoping I get 1,100+ pages out of one toner cartridge. I'm excited to just use my Epson when I need color.

Easy set up. Fast printing and no more ink to dry up!
I decided to try a laser printer since my ink kept drying up and I had 2 printers quit working because of the ink drying up . This printer is a nice compact size, prints really fast and the quality is good. Great printer if you don’t need color.

It was worth the investment. App interface could be a lot better though.
So far this printer has been working out very well, and I've been working it! I needed a fast printer with a higher print capacity because I print a lot of worksheets on the fly. Not only is it fast, but very convenient because I can't leave my classroom to go to the copier where I print everything. It was worth the investment. The only trouble I had was using the app to navigate the wireless, etc. I felt like I was going in circles. This was all solved when I used the printer's direct wireless connection. It was perfect and didn't require much to access it from my laptop after following the directions.

Works with a little patience
The app is not the easiest to manage. Initial configuration to setup wireless took some patience but I was finally able to get it to work. The print quality is top notch and noise level is quiet. The overall size fits well on a bookshelf.

Buyer BEWARE
I am so mad I bought this printer. I had an old Cannon black laser jet printer that was amazing and lasted more than 10 years. I bought use any toner for it, and it was fantastic. This- I can’t use an expletive or else Amazon will censor this review and you won’t see it, but you need to, so use your imagination- printer only will work with HP toner, which is, of course, triple the price of generic toner, doesn’t last nearly as long, and dries up very quickly, so it doesn’t matter how much you print- you’re going to be replacing the expensive toner much more than you may be used to. I think it’s a crime that HP would monopolize the toner market like this, tying us to only their [expensive and crappy quality] toner, but we should boycott and not buy it. Yes, you can buy off brand toners and try to remove the chip found on the HP original toner and try to hack it onto the new, generic toner, but good luck with that. I haven’t had luck at all, and I resent having to resort to some type of subterfuge to print- with a printer that I own- but have no control over which toner I buy.

Love this printer.
This printer is great, it prints very good quality, it is not noisey at all. Works great, so easy to send a document from the living room to the office Works every time. This is my first wireless printer, but it works every time.

Great
I have been an HP purchaser for a number of years. So far they have not disappointed.Although the larger copiers are great, however, for home use, this little guy is perfect.

Ask Rufus? No!
When you ask Rufus if this device makes copies, Rufus says yes it can. When you get the device and discover that it cannot make copies, Rufus refers you to HP. I was misled by Rufus and deserve at least a partial credit for the deception. Sometimes, it seems, Rufus does not know what he is talking about. Don't rely on information from Rufus to do your due diligence! Product works fine, Rufus doesn't.
