Made the job easy
These seriously make the job so much easier. I mean, I’m not opposed to all the work involved in stripping wires and soldering them, hear wrapping and so on. But this just makes it so easy and less clean up for a right decent price. If maybe this was my business then I’d maybe go bulk and do the work involved but as I work on my own car and stereo system therein, why not make it easy on myself. What’s to say? No need for instructions if you were learned enough to fit those shape blocks into that plastic ball with the holes cut to fit specific shape blocks. Just ensure you have the requisite electric elements all powered down and get to it. Connect the two clip parts to the two clip receiving parts behind your speaker beside the magnet, followed by connecting the square easy connect to its partner and you’re in bed: too easy. Put everything back together like Humpty Dumpty and it’s a wrap. I’m sure there are other similar products you could search but why do that when this is quality material and a right decent price?

Good product
This item matches it's description and it's a direct fit. A little tight but that'll just hold better.

Lifesaver but made cheaply
These saved me a lot of hassle installing new speakers. Although they are made cheaply, had to take off the connectors to do something & the wires slipped right out. Thankfully I only needed 2 out of the 4 so it worked out

Connected easily
My speakers gave out on my vehicle so I purchased some upgrades here on Amazon. Only to realize I need an adapter for them to replace my OEMs, these fit perfected and had my new speakers wired in minutes. Super easy to use! No cutting or splitting wires. Just plug and play

so much hassle for something that should already be right
so i got the connectors, i went to take my door apart. luckily i had previous trial and error experience (not with these plugs exactly) with installing audio in all different cars with their own set of problems. so i decided i don't wanna cut the wiring on this car if i can literally just buy “OEM” connectors from metra. it’s never easy though is it. modifying anything in the car always comes with its set of obstacles lol. these connectors are upside down. the slots and pins should be flipped over. so in this way that they are you would need to flip it over now and the only way to actually connect the plugs would be to use a rotary tool to shave off the sides of all these plastic pieces. luckily harbor freight has a rotary tool kit right now for seven bux and it got the job done just right. this is literally the second of the three metra products i’ve ever purchased and 2 of them have problems. only thing right was the double to single din connectors. its always something. now, since they're flipped over, the + wire connects to the - and vice versa in the connection. since the crimped wire terminals on the other side are (- smaller and + bigger), i still have to clip the wires and put my own terminals on now. so now the wires are switched around where red becomes gnd. basically a whole huge hassle for something that should really have just been a buy, plug and play situation. make the choice yourself. if you have the tools or are willing to buy them like me and do it then do it. if not then just cut into the harness wiring just without cutting the oem plug off, instead of going through this whole procedure.
