I wish I had purchased this years ago! No more rolling roasts, tipped turkeys, this is the best!

Got this rack to keep a turkey out of the drippings while it was getting smoked. It did work for that, but that was where the good points ended. One of the spot wells was already broken when it was received. Tried to wash the rack after use. It supposedly has a non-stick finish but that is not true. The turkey leavings were cemented on, and on top of that the black supposedly non-stick finish began flaking off almost immediately. I'm assuming that it is just some black paint. Terrible quality!

I made a probably rookie cooking mistake and tossed a bunch of roasting racks that came with pans. Tossed the pans too, so maybe that's a fair excuse. I don't bake (all kinds of terrible things happen when I try) but I can do all kinds of meats. I had actually been using silicone pans and sheets for everything. But then I get recipes that call for a rack. No rack available (ok, one, but it is huge) (ok, two, one came with the oven's broiling pan). I ignored the requirement, and of course, things came out a bit ummm, damp should we say. I have several metal and glass pans that did not come with racks, and I use QVC's hard anodized Technique brand for on top and in the oven. (Highly recommend the pans by the way) Tried to find racks here in Abilene, TX to no avail. Closest was a cooling rack at Bed, Bath, & Beyond, but it was too big. So, to Amazon I go. And found a bunch of racks that will fit in about all my rectangular metal and glass pans as well as in the round and square Technique cooking ware. Now I can follow directions, wow, how different. >>> WARNING (sort of) -- this exact rating will be in all the racks I have purchased.

Works fine, but a little sharp on the edges.

Rack worked great when I smoked my turkeys, however, it seems they are a one time use only. When I went to clean them, the coating started rubbing off. So I had to throw them away. Not a good sign when it says they are nonstick.

Love this folding rack I like things well done and this works for me it is non stick and cleans well.

I purchased this adjustable roasting rack in 2018. I use it once a year, at Thanksgiving time, so I've used it 8 times total. When I pulled it our yesterday to use for this year's 14 pound turkey, I saw that it was rusted. I hand scrubbed as best I could and decided that I did not have time to run around town finding a new one. The rust was on the bottom rack where the "V" can be adjusted, so I used it yesterday, and put it in the dishwasher to clean. Today it is covered in more rust, so I threw it in the recycling bin!

Used 3 times and now it’s rusted out can’t use anymore Should get money back or new one Would never buy again and don’t recommend it at all Very disappointed with this

Adjusts perfectly to hold turkey breast for roasting for holiday meals; allows room for temperature probe, holds turkey breast with stuffing well. Adjustable and holds when put in place. Easy to clean. Light but strong. A great addition to kitchen tools.

A little hard to clean but does the job well

Used twice. I wish the coating had stuck to the rack as well as it stuck to the meat on the second use.
