I like this set of shoe laces a lot.. In my opinion this is a great idea better then the slip on shoes. After a while the shoes stretch out and you have to buy a new pair, I can see these laces lasting me quit awhile. And the difference between replacing My shoe laces and buying Me a new pair of Nike's is a substantial difference.First off the color is great!, I was so excited to get the package today Until I opened them up and a big Wow no instructions I thought OK I will try to figure them out how hard can it be? after about 5 minutes of I don't get it. I pulled up amazon the instructions are there it would have been nice to get them with the laces, I am just happy I was able to as you can see put this set in my favorite shoes.I could see how this set of laces would be helpful to many people and for a variety of reasons for example. The child starting school and hasn't learned to tie his or her shoes yet, or like my shoe strings they just don't seem to stay tied unless you have a double knot Yuck not the best look, also I have two adult disabled nephews and both of them have trouble with their laces tying them is a major problem. And tripping on the laces when they come untied.They would also be great for the person with Arthritis or any other hand or arm debilitation. Or the person just in a hurry slip you and the family's shoes on no more having to tie the kids or even your shoes as you are rushing out the door, How about the jogging or maybe taking your walk and having to stop bend over or maybe even worse trip on that shoe string that untied. Overall these are simple but effective at their purpose. I put these on some utility boots for outside and it works great, makes it very easy to loosen and tighten the boots as needed, which is great when you want to come into / outside a building with a lot of dirt on your shoes. The packaging is simple enough, my only gripe is there should be some minor directions that come with it, I had to come back to the product page to remember what the little black plastic end piece was for. These do what they claim. They turn a regularly laced shoe into a quick laced shoe. The string is shock cord so it's easy to set it to the tension you want and then just slip your shoe on. But if you want to adjust the tension, it's very easy to do so. You just depress the button on the toggle and slide it up or down until you are comfortable. It does not come with any instructions, but that's not a big deal because, A. it just lacing a shoe, and B. The directions are in the description on the purchasing site. I got the white ones and they look great. I turned a pair of Nike Roshes into a great, no hassle summer shoe. Plus you can add the American flag tag if you want to add a little patriotic swag to your feet. The laces are reflective so you can feel safer when you walk. What a great product. They were easy to put in shoes...just like laces. The directions were easy to follow. They are so easy to use..easy to loosen easy to tighten. I did a Zumba class with them yesterday and actually they held better than regular laces. My feet didn't slip at all and I didn't have to stop to tighten my laces. Then they slip on so easily. I have arthritis and it's a pleasure to use these with no pain. I also am a volunteer EMT with my local fire department. I get pages at home and have to get going quickly. I told my husband I need to have slip on shoes so I don't have to take the time to tie my shoes. These laces solve the problem. I slip my feet in and give a quick pull. Received this earlier today and I must say they are a good quality. Color is exactly what I expected and they do not seem flimsy. They are pretty long I had to cut off a lot for my size 7 tennis shoes but was pretty easy to do I would prefer if they came with instructions as apposed to having to look them up on amazon but they are in the description so not hard to find.Liked them so much I ordered a second paid in black just as happy with them came as expected and samenities good qualityI received these at a discounted price in exchange for an honest review and am very pleased with them will be ordering more for my other shoes and for my kids.

These are great but instructions are not so great. You need to cut the ends of the laces to get the clasp lock to close and lock. The instructions say you may cut them, but you need to if your going to use this feature (you don't have to use it). The elasticity of the laces takes a little getting used to, as it squeezes the foot snuggly where regular laces don't.
