Excellent!
I have used this liquid vitamin B in the past. Often times I forget but after a recent and very bad flu I needed to regain my strength. I forgot how quickly this product works. My body clearly needed the nutrients. I keep it in the refrigerator and I always take it with a meal. It gives me incredible energy so I tried to take it closer to mornings. My local health food store was out of it and so I thought I would give Amazon a shot. It came the next day in bubble wrap and was sealed perfectly. It has a pleasant flavor. Overall I think it's an excellent way to get vitamins into your system with full utilization.

The best B complex solution
Let's face it, B vitamins stink. The last B complex capsule I tried smelled so bad I gagged when I opened the bottle. So I didn't expect this to taste good. To my surprise, it's not that bad. The aftertaste actually borders on pleasant. This liquid has been a lifesaver for me. I really need the support for health issues that don't respond to anything else. I notice my symptoms improving within an hour of taking it on an empty stomach. So I'll keep buying it. Glad they have the bigger size. I only wish they had a squirt top b/c the screw top they're using is messy. But I don't mind putting it in another bottle that has one.Also I began refrigerating my bottle when summer heat made my kitchen so warm. I think chilling it improves the taste.

taste is good
Taste is good for a B vitamin makes it so much easier to take B vitamins in liquid form .It will stain your clothes if you drop any on them . otherwise its a good product .

Was hoping to use this as a substitute for another B Complex product but the taste is not pleasing
Was hoping to substitute for another liquid product that has shot up in cost tremendously in the past 5 years. However, the taste & color of this product won't work for our applications & I'm stuck right back where I started. Wish this could have had a better outcome but this is not for me & therefor not for my customers. I'm a compounding herbalist & its already hard for a lot of my customers to want to take my products. THIS would not help.
