I bought 2 sets of these in separate orders, 1 for me and one for my sister. In my haste, the size I picked for myself was wrong and I had to return them. Unfortunately, because there wasn’t an “exchange” option available I lost the great discount by doing this & since I bought this set as a spare due to the great price, I didn’t reorder. I will purchase again because these insoles, recommended by my podiatrist, are great! They help with arch support, plantar fasciitis (heel pain) and just plain old alignment which eases knee, hip and back pain. For such a little change it give great relief & comfort!!Highly recommend

My left heel began hurting so much that it would throb at night and I had to take Advil. I started googling what was making my heel hurt; I came to the conclusion that I need better arch support in my shoes (plus I am getting older, age 46, maybe not quite so old but I push mow a whole bunch in the summer). Anywho, after much research I decided to give these a try. When I first walked around with them in my shoes, I felt like the arch was too high. After a couple days I realized how good they made my feet feel and then the arch didn’t feel too high anymore. I guess I just didn’t have any arch support worth a hoot in my regular shoes compared to these insoles. After only a couple weeks, my left heel quit hurting. (I must add that I had also started doing some foot stretches, but I don’t do the foot stretches anymore and my heel still doesn’t hurt). The only downfall is that they’re kind of expensive. But sometimes you get what you pay for! If I was a rich girl LOL, I would buy a pair for every single pair of my shoes. Until then I will just continue taking them out and putting them in whatever pair of shoes I’m wearing for the day, which is very easy to do. These were def worth the money.

My podiatrist recommended these. I have to say I wasn't real hopeful that they'd work. Surprise! They've made a huge difference. My feet don't hurt after a long day on my feet or after a long hike.

Wonderful support option to orthotics by a doctor........500.00 that I couldn't afford at Hangar's Clinicto make a set.....that is out of pocket........Blue Cross covered my first pair and then when we went onMedicare Advantage it became my problem to pay it. Ahh, and as to Medicare Advantage what Advantagedoes it have when my Blue Cross is 600.00 a month and then the Medicare Advantage another 200.00?That is per month!! Thank you Pinnacle for a well made product. You are appreciated and I sure hope you keepthe price down because I would like to get a few more pair of them.

I had ball of foot pain due to bunion, flat feet, and pronation. I had a hard time walking in heels and flats. I wore Pinnacle my sneakers and the PowerStep 3/4 inserts in my work shoes. My pain disappeared! I walked 11 mi in a single day while on vacation. These are definitely great and easy to pick the type I need!
