Great price for the quantity,when you consider buying pro plus, just be aware these are 4 times stronger per tablet than pro plus or equivalents,so it's recommended not to exceed 1 tablet per day,I've only recently bought these, tried 1 this morning before I started my shift (early morning),and it definitely helped beating tiredness, great for shift working when needed

As someone who drinks energy drinks on a regular basis and tend to drink the ones with higher caffeine mg content (180mg), when taking one of these 200mg tablets in the morning I can say it really does work. Fairly quick and effective, I don't feel a specific boost of energy instantly I just end up feeling fine and ready to work (who knows if placebo effect or genuinely working, but I do believe this works well).However... It's like a laxative to me! Literally every time I have taken a tablet, it messes up my gut and I'm needing to go to the loo multiple times or if I eat, I have to go to the loo fairly quickly.So for me I'm probably not going to use these going forward, or if I do then I will use them for constipation. It's definitely not something long term for me, the way it makes my body react is not fun!

Good value for money

these tablets are awful, i constantly have been getting diarrhoea and nausea every time i’ve tried taking them; as well as awful stomach aches. i doubt they have much caffeine in them as i end up having to have a coffee as i still have no energy.

Soft and easy to break in half then in quarters to give 50mg doses.
