Looking for a net for shrimp and young livebearers, when selecting which to keep or cull.Most aquarium nets are very roughly made, with loose net material around the wire frame of the net. Makes it hard to catch small stuff, particularly if you've a dozen or so that you're sorting through in a smaller container.This one is beautifully neatly made and makes catching individual shrimp / baby fish much much easier. And easier catching is less stress for fish too.Telescopic handle also works well and is very handy.

Very small, extendable and sturdy.

Does the job. Useful telescopic function and mesh is very fine. Slightly bigger net would have been even better. But a few sweeps of this can still pick up tonnes of dirt in a good 60l average sized tank.

I bought this for my Fluval Flex 123L that has filter compartments. Most nets don’t fit back there and my fry like to go in there and hide and then grow too big to get back out.Quick scoop and dip back into main area and boom, saved some fry.Telescopic to avoid having to dip your whole arm in so it’s a real godsend for larger tanks with hard to reach areas. The net is quite stiff too so you don’t have to panic the fish with it going in on itself trapping the fish into a tight little area because it holds its shape.
