Midsummer's Night is my favorite Yankee Candle scent. It's like that smell you get when you pull out a dryer sheet and toss it in the dryer but you can still smell it on your fingers. It's clean laundry but spicier, like a clean linen + pine; the sage, mahogany, and musk are so good. Very nice smell, like wet aftershave and a freshly dry-cleaned suit.

I absolutely love this scent along with the pink sands and crisp linen scents. They give out just enough scent without that overwhelming perfume.

This candle is everything. It flows through our entire 2 levels. I can't wait to add another to my Christmas list. This is a must have item.

Love this candle. Has a nice regressing clean mellow sent. My boyfriend likes it also which is a big plus.

I bought this along with the Hybrid Eucalyptus-Seasalt candle......I wasted my money, it has absolutely no scent at all......will buy Yankee Candle again......

Yankee Candle makes IMO one of the best jarred candles. This one smells like mens colonge (not sure which one) and probably wouldn't buy again but it is HEAVILY scented.

Wanted a navy blue candle for a guest room and this one is perfect

FLUFFY TOWELS. Ho deciso di provare anch'io, dopo il bombardamento di marketing a cui mi hanno sottoposto (dannati influencer!) queste famose candele. Ho fatto bene ad aspettare quattro giorni prima di scrivere questa recensione, in quanto inizialmente il profumo mi aveva davvero deluso! Si va a gusti eh, ovviamente, colpa mia che ho ignorato le raccomandazioni sul fare prima dei test con le tart; ma buttandomi su un best-seller credevo di andare a colpo sicuro. Subito comunque la fragranza mi sembrava quella di un volgare sapone, buona sì, ma mi evocava spoetizzanti immagini di fustini di detersivo o, peggio, lavanderie industriali. Ho perseverato e dopo qualche giorno devo dire che il profumo si è fatto molto gradevole. Non so esattamente se fosse la candela ad aver bisogno di qualche tempo per acclimatarsi a casa mia, o se fosse piuttosto il mio naso a resistere al suo dolce assedio.... allo stato attuale in ogni caso Fluffy Towels ha il mio placet.Si tratta di una profumazione fresca, molto femminile ma senza essere dolce né floreale. Sa di pulito e bucato appena fatto. Ha una note pungente e un'altra avvolgente... sembra sofisticata ma casalinga, equilibrata ma di sicura presenza.Le candele Yankee Candle arredano, non c'è che dire. La giara grande fa sicuramente una bella figura su qualsiasi ripiano. Danno un tocco di colore ed eleganza e quando sono accese poi, regalano alla stanza una bella atmosfera. Se non fossero così costose sarebbe bello cedere alla tentazione di lasciarle accese più a lungo!E veniamo quindi al tasto dolente: il motivo delle "4 stelle anziché 5".Tu! Candela che costi come una cena al ristorante, devi giustificare il tuo costo essendo a immagine della perfezione! Se per bruciare in modo ottimale mi chiedi un'ulteriore spesa di 10 - 13,00 euro per comprarti un cappuccio metallico... non andiamo d'accordo!Alla fine questo "Illuma Lid" lo comprerò (anche perché so già che verranno molte altre giare), ma il fatto che sia necessario - pena lo spreco di molta preziosa cera - mi pare un motivo più che sufficiente per abbassare il punteggio!E questo è tutto gente, alla prossima :)

Yankee Candles provide good value in their mid market position, with attractive lidded jars and pleasant fragrances, although I would urge doing some in-store sniffing before purchase where possible to check the smell is to your taste.For best burning experience, keep the wick trimmed to no more than 3mm and use a candle snuffed to extinguish as that helps prevent the wax going everywhere.This is an attractively scented candle, sized for bath tub corners and secret Santa/stockings as well as the bedroom, lounge or dinner table. The lid helps keep the dust off between burnings although this one smells so nice it is unlikely to get a chance to accumulate dust in this house.

I have received the Fluffy towel in couple of days, very well packaged, good but subtle smell, happy customer. Reminds me of the towels we take out the dryer. It is not a strong, kind of fabric softener scent. I don't think it will have a very strong throw, but will give a nice subtle fresh clean smell all around, would be great for the bedroom or maybe for bathroom. Apple, lemon, lavender and lily notes, so little bit floral, little bit fruity. I am very happy with it, but if in doubt, better to go and try it out in the shop as it is not for everyone. One more thing: if you buy the large jar, you need to burn it for about 3 hours in one go, so it creates a large wax pool and releases the essential oils. When the reviews say "no smell" i think people didn't burn it for long enough.

The item arrived in 2 days, and was securely wrapped so 5 stars to that. It's been a week since I bought this, and already it looks messy and dirty. There's black smoke all over the jar and it doesn't smell as nice as it did when I first recieved. The scent is very subtle and fresh, I liked it alot at first, but now you need to actually bring you nose to the candle in order to smell, not like the Christmas ones that leave their scent in your room for 3 months. I paid circa £20 for this candle, I do love this brand and have bought over 20 candles from them over the years, but the fluffy towels one, is not worth your money. You're better off going to the half price competitions, such as M&S and Primark. To be frank, my 3 months old primark candles look far more presentable (now), burn better, smell stronger, last longer, don't leave the glass stained... and they were under halfprice this product. The candle is 40-50% reduced in literally a week, about 2 hours of burn a day, which is very sad as I'll probably finish it in 2 weeks time... I'm very disappointed in this product. The Christmas Yankees I would recommend to everyone, they tick all the boxes this candle didn't for me.

Branding label is missing. This was supposed to be a gift which will now not be the case as it looks like a 'seconds' quality.Very disappointing.Cannot comment on the scented as yet as have not used it.
