I recently purchased the Tailgate Trunk Door Lock Actuator Motor, and unfortunately, my experience has been far from satisfactory. From the outset, the installation process was more complicated than the instructions led me to believe. Despite following the manual to the letter, I encountered several issues that made the installation frustrating. Moreover, the motor itself started showing signs of malfunction within just a few weeks of use. The trunk door would intermittently fail to lock or unlock, which is a serious inconvenience and a security concern for my vehicle. I also noticed a strange noise coming from the motor, which suggests an internal problem. Customer service was not particularly helpful when I reached out for assistance. I was met with long wait times and ultimately, the advice I received did not resolve the issue. Given the price point of this product, I expected a much higher quality and reliability, which this actuator motor did not deliver. I cannot recommend the Tailgate Trunk Door Lock Actuator Motor to other consumers due to the poor performance and lack of reliable customer support. If you're in the market for a trunk actuator motor, I would suggest looking at other brands or models that offer better quality and customer service.

This lock actuator actually worked as it was supposed to, sure it was probably made by underpaid laborers but I don't care cuz I'm not the one suffering in the factory but I'm glad that it worked out for my vehicle
