Q: is this for everyday use?

I use it as-needed and it works quickly and well. My opinion is that if diarrhea and soft stools are more frequent than a once-in-a-while occurrence, the dog’s diet should be re-examined. Diet is often a telltale sign that the dog is not on an appropriate diet for his or her “constitution.” The question of whether nor not Fast Balance is safe or recommended for daily use, however, is probably a good question for the manufacturer. Yes, that's correct. It isn't cheap stuff, is it? But I've always found it to be an exceptional product for dogs with digestive upsets. Amazon's 18.70 for Auto-Ship is the best price I see in a quick search, unless you use Rakuten and order from a site where you get cash back. The paste also comes in a 60cc tube, more expensive, of course, but you'd have more if you need it. VetriScience also makes a daily chewable we have on auto-ship from that "C" place to keep the girls' guts in shape. Sorry to be long winded. Hope your sweet pup will be well!

Q: I just got a tube of this in the mail. No tip cap-missing. And when I turned it to 5cc's-this watery stuff came out-is this normal?

No, I don't think it is. Mine is like the picture with the small cap on the end. I would think if your cap is missing then the medicine is exposed and I wouldn't want to use it. The medicine inside is an dark orangy color and thick. I squirt a small amount on my finger (because I give it to our two 5 and 6lb Yorkies). I would re-order and send that one back. Once you get it, it is amazing and gets rid of belly aches etc. with in a day or so, great stuff!

Q: Does this come with the large syringe?

Actually it would come in a syringe form. Ready to use.
