Started out good. Seemed accurate. Now it's off by a full 10% humidity. Two analog humidistats and humidistat on our dehumidifier show a full 10% less humidity than this unit. It does work well sending inaccurate data to Alexa however. LOL

I used Smart Life app to run this. It turns on a wall plug at 34% humidity to fire up a humidifier, and turns it off at 38%. It sends signals almost instantly, unlike some that send a signal every hour.Minus one star because the humidity it shows is 7% higher when compared next to my calibrated hygrometer. So you have to compensate for that when setting it up.

We wanted a WiFi thermometer to keep track of our rv temperature to insure the pipes and tanks don’t freeze. These work of a usb brick . They replace battery powered units which worked well but the battery life was short. This is much more convenient. They are smaller than they look but are a great size for an tv.

I asked for and got one for Christmas. I set it up and it worked perfectly, including Alexa providing temperature or humidity when asked. I immediately ordered a second one. When I set it up it would only provide temperature via Alexa stating that humidity is not supported. I returned it and got another. I set it up and it responds with temperature, but says humidity is not supported yet. I'll keep the second one although it doesn't function as advertised, nor is it what I was expecting. My goal is to be able to ask Alexa for information at night with the lights out and hear the results.I am not sure why Amazon ships with a Lithium Ion label on the box. Clearly there is NO battery in this device. When unplugged, the display is off. When power is returned, it connects to the internet to get time and provide temperature information via Alexa, except the first one which also provides humidity information via Alexa.It should be noted that you must have the USB power adapter. It ships with the necessary USB cable, but not a power adapter. These are easily available on Amazon.

Love these. Do what it says on the box. We have 30+ of them across multiple buildings. Had them since 2021 I think - never had a failure. They link up to Smart Life easily and can be automated to do whatever you want. We have them in roofs, crawlspaces, every room of the house.

Updated-two months later all of them in two houses show dozens of zeroes in the temperature killling the accuracy. Wish sellers would replace as these went from great to terrible.We have a battery one and its always running dead and needs replacement but this plug-in one is the solution! Easy setup and it stays connected to the internet, works great and seems pretty accurate.

This is a nice product for those with smart home devices. I bought 2 so I could monitor temperatures and humidity when away from home. They were easy to pair with Smart Life app and Alexa devices. The reason I only gave it 4 stars is when I set them up and they were sitting next to each other they gave different temps and humidity. Not enough difference to hate it, but not 100% accurate either.
