Used it for my pool. Poured in a bucket, added water and emptied it in my pool. Pool water is balanced. Great product.

This is brilliant to sprinkle on carpet pre vacuuming. Gets rid of odours too. Also great if you get any mud on the carpet. Just put this on and vacuum away when dry! Great value for money too.

So, I use bicarb as an antacid, I usually buy a different brand, but this was cheaper, and as it was sold as food grade, I thought I’d give it a shot. Anyway, the second I opened the tub as saw that there was small crystals glinting in the powder, I thought it didn’t look right. I have been using it for a few days, and whenever I try and dissolve some in warm water, it never completely dissolves, there is always a gritty residue left. At 1st I thought maybe the water wasn’t warm enough or I wasn’t using enough water, you know a saturated solution and all that. So tonight I used more water and made it hotter than usual, but it still left a gritty residue behind. I’ve just ordered a tub from my usual vendor here on Amazon, and I guess this one is going back.
