Great Product, Great Customer Service
I love these incense matches. I've bought them from other places before, and I was happy to see them from this seller on Amazon. For some wonky reason, usps marked that these had been delivered when they weren't (or maybe they were stolen); it's a mystery. I was bummed so I contacted the seller to ask if they knew of any recourse I could take. They actually advised me how to work with Amazon, and then they replaced the matches and added a free box (these are a little pricey so it was a meaningful gesture) to my order. They weren't in the wrong with the original package in any way, but they made things right with me regardless. I would highly recommend this seller if only for their fantastic customer service.

It’s just one little tiny box
So I thought I was going to get 30 incense matches but nope. One little box with 30 little sticks inside. The wording is misleading. Never again! No refunds. Definitely a scam.

Expensive but worth it
Ok so I know it seems ridiculous to pay this much for tiny incense matches, but I promise it's worth your while at least once. I tell people that this is the one "bougie" thing I spend money on because I love them so darn much. My husband loves incense and I honestly can't stand most normal incense (like nag champa makes me physically ill). I found these a while ago and both of us honestly can't get enough, so we treat ourselves to these once in a while.They smell SO GOOD. Think more campfire than incense. My favorite scents are Sandalwood and Oak Moss, but I haven't tried them all. They also do burn for a full 10 minutes and are quite fragrant. Just be careful lighting them, read the instructions and don't light them like a regular match - I usually just go on the safe side and use a lighter. However, don't throw them away if you break it! You can still use the little pad and light them on there and they will burn.

Scam city
I thought I was buying 30 boxes of matches for $40 not one single book of matches for $40, that is insane and you cannot return them. And the seller wouldn’t return my message. Horrible, horrible product.

Poor quality for the price
The matches often break while striking. The flame often goes out immediately after striking.Maybe 1 in 3 has been wasted for that reason
