Will the 4 inch work for the front speakers of a 1998 Audi A4 avant ?

Look at the specs on your Audi. If they have 4 inch speakers you should be able to make them fit. I put mine in a Kia and did have to drill some holes to mount, but they fit.

What color are the grills that come with the speakers? Is the grill fabric?

if I'm not mistaken it don't come with the grill and if it did come with a grill I know I was in fabric cuz I bought another speaker almost the same style so I'm not too sure which one came with the grill or not but I know it wasn't fabric so

how is the atop cover to speakers. no way to place the speaker and rim firmly. how,do u do it?

I Installed them in my car door behind the panel. Therefore, I had no need to use the covers. However, word of advice, I wouldn't recommend these speakers, after two months, they are sounding distorted or muffled.....they are trash my friend.

Will these fit my 1997 Suzuki sidekick ???

If your car has 6.5 inch speakers yes. However these speaker sound quite dull & hollow. You're better off going with a different brand.
