Love it
This does exactly what I needed it to. Protects me skin from my brace. It’s long. Enough I can fold it back down over my brace and protect my clothes from the Velcro. It stays in place fine. A little tricky to keep in place while I slide the brace on but I expected that to be a struggle.

Brace stays in place
I have only worn this sleeve for 2 days. The first day for 3 hours. The second day for 6+ hours at work. My knee unloading brace stayed in place. I tried the Bracesox cotton sleeve originally. It was comfortable but my brace slid down to my ankle after work. I returned it. I searched all the sleeves on Amazon. They all had slippage reviews and were more expensive. I got discouraged. I finally have this one a try. It is long and light weight. I ordered the L/XL. It fit perfectly. No problem with the "large top and small calf". I told the extra length over my brace.Don't be afraid to try this sleeve. For the money you can't beat it.

not worth the extra price
arrived early this morning and I wore it immediately for PT. As I was putting it on, it tore at the seam. It did help the brace from slipping SOME (still wore it torn) but eventually the brace slipped all the way down. For the price, I expected better. Returning the second one I ordered.

Comfort
It does slide down. However, unlike the cheaper brand I also tried, it’s very comfortable. Slept in it all night without any itching or chafing. I’ve just ordered more.

May have latex if you're sensitive.
Slips down a little on my skinny knee. I believe there is latex which gives me a rash.Turns out the rash was from the knee brace itself and not this sleeve. The sleeve will slip down and not protect me from the brace straps.

Finally, a plus size under sleeve that is good quality!
If you use a knee brace and you're plus size, this is the under sleeve to use. It's decent quality and fits well. I think it would also be good if you just wrap your knee and want a bit of a barrier between the bandage and the skin.

Knee Brace Undersleeve Great for Cycling
Although the knee brace undersleeve is designed to protect the skin from being irritated by a knee brace, it also serves as light knee protection for cycling. Thick enough to provide a little warmth when temps are in the mid low to 60's and light enough to be worn in the low to mid 70's. I purchased two and the price and fit for the pair are comparable to many of the more popular knee sleeves from Castelli and Pearl Izumi.Although they don't feature rubberized grippers like cycling specific knee warmers typically do, they're snug enough to stay put when worn under cycling shorts. I'm 5'11" 155 lbs with a 33" inseam and the size small/medium fits perfectly. When worn properly, they ride middle to upper half of the thigh and about midway on the calf.

It slips
Great fit and comfortable. But as an undersleeve, it slips down and takes the knee brace with it. I wouldn't recommend buying this product.
