inferior quality steel, cover broke after 6-8 usage. very disappointing.

In less than 5 months the base of this utensil has got burnt. I have no way to return this.. horrible product!! Please do not buy this!!

Very Cheap Product. Used it today n already have broken handles n lid button. Handles came out when tried to put on gas n lid button while trying to open the lid. Doesn't seems to be original pigeon product. Check the photo for proof.

i would like to inform the manufecturer used material used is poor and the lid is tearing like a paper. i request the buyers to think twice before buying this idly maker. and this maker is not value for the money you pay.as the lid is torned the sharp edge will cut the cleaners palm. this is just six months old purchased in march 2019this is the second remark i have to write on this product now the bottom of the vessel has long crack in the bottom with in on year of buying

Utter rubbish product.....cant hold the knob properly while getting the idli stand in and out of the cooker.....Stand is not steady and shakes all up n down...All d batter slides downBelow idli sticks to the above plate....Not worth the money U pay as in thickness all it very badHave no more words to tell the disappointment with this product.

The media could not be loaded.  Very inferior quality product. Just after 2 use the welding joint off the handle came out now I am left with only one handle. I don't know how to fix it. If a product becomes unusable after just 2 use then for sure it is of inferior quality.sad

Idle pockets are two small like prestige is made this product for people of lilliput. All screws and bolts wants freedom for this cheap stainless steel chamber. Definitely not to recommend even for enemy

Ordered this considering it is from Pigeon + mostly good reviews. Turned to be a huge disappointment. The steel is really thin, and start cracking and making noises on it's first outing on the stove! The top-most idli plate just rests on the centre screw and goes askew, resulting in 2 plates of idli getting misshapen and screwed up. The black screw to keep the top-most idli plate in place is not at all helpful. Unfortunately, the maid lost it after 3rd use and now we cannot use it at all - as there's no way to really hold and get the idli stand out, especially it's steamed for upto 15 minutes. Add to that, the size of idli is really small.My 2 bits of advice - avoid this and buy some other product. I am searching for another one now *sigh*
