coming from the states, hang boards were way cheaper so I found them in Canada to be expensive as with this one. Small and strong though, send it !!

コロナで自粛を余儀なくされたので、急遽、購入しました。 ちょろちょろとぶら下がっています。 そのためか、ちょっとずつ保持力がついてきた気がします。 ポケットの数が少ないですが、有ると無しでは大違いだと実感しています。

Solid as a rock! I also didnt really know this until it arrived here, but you can do pull ups on those 2 rounded nobbies on top. Basically its like a normal pull up bar if you dont want to do all the finger strength stuff at that moment. Every time i go downstairs i usually hit it up a dozen or so reps just because you dont need to do finger warmups. :D great great great product!
