These tablets give you the electrolytes you need and very little sugar. I like that it is much less sweet and sugary than Gatorade.

I like these little things; they are very convenient to take with me and just drop one into my water bottle. They dissolve quickly with no chalkiness or other weird taste. I also like there is only 1gm of sugar and that they use stevia. These work wonders for quenching thirst and restoring electrolytes without that sickening sweetness that goes hand in hand with the vast majority of sports drinks. Highly recommend.

The taste isn't as sweet as I would like, but you can add sweetener. They taste okay and dissolve and easily.

These are a great remedy for a hangover or after an intense workout (gym people like to party - that's why we go to the gym fyi). The added effervescence is a game changer. I suppose I had to try the variety pack to figure out that I only like half of these flavors. Fruit punch tastes a little soapy to me, and the tropical punch and tri-berry have a saccharin aftertaste imo. I really like the other flavors, though, and will be ordering those separately.
