Great first sports tracker watch
This is a great BP, pulse, step, exercise, and sleep monitor with better-than-average display. Recharge is by removing band and revealing USB plug. Whole watch plugs into USB port. USB-C port charger with cable would have been smarter and more convenient. Removing the band is a bit of a hassle, but good value for the price. Charges about once a week. Waterproof. One button for all controls- either tap or tap-hold to access menus. The "crystal" is already marked up, but it is a sports tracker and not a dress watch. This is my first sports tracker and I use it every day. The mobile app is free and provides graphics to chart your measurements over time. Great purchase overall.

excellent customer service
First, I only use this for step tracking so I cannot comment on the other functions. I found the display to be bright enough to read in most settings (not as much in very bright sun, but that's expected). The phone app is easy to use. The watch started acting up in month 4: battery running down quickly, light sensors going on at night even though I had all the monitoring functions off. Customer service responded within two days of my first email to them. They are sending a replacement.

Multiple Settings
This was very easy to set up. I didn’t connect to my phone. The app was very helpful too. Good size and comfortable on my wrist. I have high blood pressure and it’s very accurate. The price is definitely worth it. Would recommend for people who work out but don’t want to speed iPhone Apple Watch.

Inaccurate, Doesn’t sync heart or blood pressure data with IPhone Health
Packaging was the bare minimum. The tracker, wristband and a small accordion folded pamphlet for installation and basic overview.Inaccurate. it’s got a blood pressure sensor that seemed pretty accurate… at first… and I thought that was pretty amazing, especially for such an affordable fitness tracker. It’s the reason I decided to give it a try. I used a regular, standard armband blood pressure machine to compare. At first, the tracker seemed pretty accurate. However, later in the evening I tested it again a number of times and it was way off… not even close. I tried testing the tracker a number of different ways, changing how it was worn on my wrist and also trying a number of different body positions to see how it would be effected. All the results were just so inaccurate I was forced to conclude that the device simply can’t be trusted and thus useless to me.Assuming somehow the inaccurate readings were somehow fixed, Overall the device is only as good as the app. The H App basically sucks. It’s not intuitive. The instructions were not enough and left me with the annoying task of trying to figure out a number of things such as how to sync heart rate and blood pressure data with the iPhone Health app… only to find out the hard way that it simply doesn’t. It syncs some data such as steps, but not all data and none of the heart or blood pressure data. That’s a deal breaker for me. What good is the data if I can’t sync it and make further use of it?
