Not completely waterproof

This works great for what i needed it for for packages in it get soaked if it rains and also if you dont screw it done it will blow if its windy. But this item fits many packages and medium packages too. Which i love

I've wanted one of these for a while. I put it at my backdoor because we park behind our house. Only thing I'd change is the baffle design. This has 1 large baffle that moves with the lid to protect packages. It'd be better with 2 baffles because then it wouldn't have to drop as low in the box when the lid closes. The lock is a double bar that locks the top and bottom of the door. This is quite secure, more than just a simple turn lock that catches the edge. The only flaw is that most delivery people are too lazy to go to the backdoor, even when my Amazon delivery instructions say to do, and I have a sign on my front porch.

The media could not be loaded. Well it was only 200 bucks but it is 1 mm sheet metal. And the door hinge is made or fastened with rivet. The rivet was busted off when I received it in the package but I have a rivet gun so I just put another one in. All the parts were scattered around like the bolts and stuff out of package. It was a mess. But I used my own Fasteners in the concrete so it’s secure. I mean you could actually just take a crowbar and open it up. But it be quicker to slip the crowbar in between the door hinges and take the whole top door off. Also Amazon delivery drivers seem to walk right past it and place the packages at my door so it’s kind of worthless.

Have used this for while now and only complain have is Rain/Water gets in easily. Wished it didn't let in so much water every time is rained, especially from the sides of the big drop dox opening. Something easily fixable by having the doors having a little extended edges. This issue should have been addressed by the manufacturer for the price we paid for these units. it functions as expected though. I would have not bought this had I known the water issue. Mails get soaking wet everything it rains.

I'm a bit disappointed in the drop box. Bought it because it was the perfect size for my porch; most others were too large or too small. My main complaint is that the baffle (guard) has too much of a gap. My adult daughter can reach in from the drop door and grab the packages below. Granted she is slender and has long arms but I can also reach some of the packages as well (and I'm not anywhere near her size).
