GibsonElite Alemany Dinnerware Set, Aqua, Service for 4 (16pcs)

I really love these and am ordering another set. The plates are embossed with a beautiful pattern that is very elegant boho., its lotus-ish, flower, so beautiful. And the barely raised pattern stands out from the glaze ever so slightly. It is really beautiful. You will not believe these are not priced higher. Such beautiful dinnerware. Durable enough but not too heavy, not cheap, a happy medium weight. I don’t know if they will chip - I treat them like fine china I love them so much. They are microwaveable. I am never putting them in the dishwasher, lol

Very beautiful!!! I absolutely love the the pretty details and they are very durable. No chipping or change in coloring after 6 months of use, and I have well water that tends to add an orange tint to some ceramic wear. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND AND I RARELY WRITE REVIEWS!

We bought these to replace other dishes that we had purchased less than a year ago. They were cracking and chipping. I was frustrated. I am very pleased with the quality of these compared to the others we had. I kind of wish I had purchased the white version instead of the aqua, but that’s a personal preference. Otherwise, I really like these. They don’t chip or crack easily. The tea cups could have a bigger base, but I haven’t had a problem with them tipping.

These dishes are beautiful. They are textured and the exact color I wanted. I’ve had them for a few years now & most of the plates have large chips in them. I don’t use the mugs so they’re all intact! A couple of the bowls developed a crack all the way through and then split apart. These dishes are not hardy. The smallest knock against the counter or another dish will damage them. We still use them daily but can’t use them when having company over since they look terrible now. I’m very sad because they were so pretty….I don’t want to keep buying a couple of sets every 5 years though. I wish they lasted longer.

I have had the same plain boring white dishes for years so when my husband bought these for me they were loved on first sight. I wanted something country-like for our homestead without being too country. The blue is almost a teal-gray and the pattern is pretty without being too girly. They are sturdy and perfect for us. The ONLY complaint is that I wish more companies had the option to just buy the plates and bowls and to exclude the mugs. I love pottery mugs and I love assortment of unique mugs. Having these mugs are just ho-hum and now I have three boxes of mugs stashed in my basement taking up space. I'll probably give them away or donate. Kinda a waste..... I know of many people that don't wish to buy the mugs with the dishes so I wonder why more companies don't offer this.That said, the mugs are large and a nice size. I hate little tiny shallow or narrow mugs and these are deep and wide. So if you like mugs included, these are actually quite nice and functional.

First off the price is great for these dishes. I had a $30 Amazon giftcard, so ultimately buying these for just $16 was a steal!I wanted something simple and blue that would be able to be dressed up, if needed, and also could be used just for everyday. These were exactly what I hoped for and more.I love the delicate design, the muted blue color and the sturdiness. I also love how they were packaged with care and not a single chip was in any of the dishes.These dishes have an elegant timeless feel. When I set them up on the table my little one kept calling them my "tea set." They are so beautiful and maybe they are the tea set that I never had as a child. Buy these dishes. You won't be disappointed!

I bought these dishes for the look and after reading the other reviews I was worried about chipping or cracking, so I've held off giving it reviews for a few months. I'm happy to say that I'm 3 months in and so far so good. No chips or cracks (and I've had a few scares). I use our dishwasher and have not seen any issues this far. That being said, they are dishes- it is only a matter of time. It's not the dishes' fault. Good quality for the price- I wish I would have bought 2 sets at the time. No color differentiation in the one set I bought, but I cannot speak to getting two different sets and comparing them.

The dish set is absolutely gorgeous. I love that each piece has a similar pattern but not exactly the same. It gives the set a little something extra. I feel that the robin egg or aqua is a color I can use all year long. It doesn't feel like it's just for spring. The dishes are ceramic and feel quite sturdy. I love the grooves and indentations in the pattern. They feel expensive without the hefty price tag. I might buy another set so that I'll have a set of 8. These dishes exceed what I hoped for. They are stunning. So happy with my purchase.
