Worked perfectly on the holes I'm drilling in aluminum. No signs of wearing.

I'm using this in a drill motor at 1500 rpm to deburr 1/2" holes in 6061 aluminum. It does a beautiful job leaving a nice smooth finish. I've done about 100 holes so far and it doesn't show any signs of wear at all. Highly recommend! Marc

It deburred the hole alright. I had trouble putting small chamfers on the holes; that may be my as I was using a cordless drill to perform the chamfers.

I Was pretty disappointed in the quality of The sharpness of the flutes on the Counter sink tool. It does a pretty bad Job of removing material and I would not recommend it for someone who needs to use it for the countersinks.

I did not expect a whole lot since the price paid was not a heck of a lot for these kind of tools. I have been able to use this several times and it has cut very well and since it attaches to my Milwaukee power driver it leaves my matching drill free to drill holes and the driver to ream them. As a minor but positive attaboy this is very nicely machined and these folks obviously take pride in appearance. That says something.
