Great quality!
I’m really impressed by these pans! I line them with a non-stick baking sheet, so I can’t speak to their ability to keep food from sticking but I have been using them consistently for a couple of months and they are amazing! Immediately upon opening the box, I noticed that they are strong and great quality. They don’t warp at all and are super easy to clean. They will brown a bit depending on what you cook on them, but a quick scrub with Barkeepers friend helps get it right off. I can’t see myself needing to repurchase these for a long time, but when the time does come, this brand has found a customer for life!

Good price for a good sheet pan!
I have been using the old pans my wife and I got for our wedding and it was way past time for new pans. This brand was suggested to me and so I tried out this size for a good test run. Right out of the box, I was impressed by the material thickness and the quality of the manufacturing. The workmanship is beyond the majority of sheet pans I have seen in stores. The pan feels heavy and not like a tin can that is going to crush if you hold it too tightly. I had become accustomed to the high heat "pop" of my old sheets warping and twisting in the oven. The rolled hem at the top of the pan is smooth and has a nice finished feel to it. My old pans made me nervous to slide my fingers anywhere near them, but this pan has alleviated those fears! The pan seems to have great capacity and is easy to space out items on it. We made our favorite cookies on it for the first test, and they turned out the best we have had! The ridges seem to allow the heat to be better dispersed and give a more even cooking result. The price is a little higher than other pans you could get, and that made me pause a little; however, I am glad that didn't hold me back. I have really enjoyed having this pan and it was definitely worth the price.

Great Baking Sheets
These pans are great. I received two for Christmas and loved them, so I just bought two more. They are completely non-stick, so I no longer need to use Silpats. My cookies all turn out much better (and evenly) baked on these pans compared to my others. The only con might be that they are heavy, which could be difficult for some people. I love that they are made in the USA. The quality is great and should last a very long time. I will be purchasing other pans from this brand.

I needed a reason to buy more from USA Pan
I already know this is awesome before even using it. I have two loaf pans that I've used a bunch already. They are awesome. I recently came across a recipe that called for this size baking pan. "Oh shucks, looks like I have to buy another USA Pan for this recipe!"My other pans were junk, like, amateur hour. These things are legit. The coating and the corrigations make everything non-stick and free from the form easily. Just don't use metal spatulas or utensils. You don't want to wreck the awesome finish.I will say on this one I cleaned it and put it i the oven for a bit and something made some odors. Probably the pan. I cooked a chicken the night before and there were no smells. So, best to "burn it in" when you first get it. Maybe the smell was residual soap? I doubt it, I rinsed pretty good, but it could have been me.Everything from this manufacturer has exceeded my expectations for my baking needs.

Well Worth the Money
This is a beautiful pan, and one that passed my test for a baking pan: it did not warp after baking frozen shrimp at 450° for 16 minutes. I was a little afraid that I'd have to spend more $$ to buy a commercial baking pan that was "guaranteed" not to warp, but this pan is a keeper. Just uploaded a photo of the pan after cooking a pound of bacon at 405° which shows the pan after pouring off the bacon fat and wiping with nothing but a paper towel. In other words, I haven't even washed the pan yet. Un miracolo!

Durability
Love the fact that these are USA made. These baking sheets are extremely durable. I love the size of them and the rolled edges. I have 2 of them now, and am very happy with my purchase!

A even better use for these pans ....
First off, I would never use a pan like these to cook with because they are Aluminized ... and have a Coating! I only purchase non-toxic pots, pans, dinnerware, glasses, mugs, food storage, etc. There are just too many poisons being added to our food, dishes and cookware. Later, when we get sick, we're not able to figure out what happened. This problem isn't just within the home ... most people would freak out if they could see the pots and pans restaurants use when they cook our food. That being said ... I recently had to get a new refrigerator and wanted something to line the shelves with where I store milk and other liquids. These were perfect for this, and the front to back fit (depth) was perfect ... as if they were made for this purpose. The so-called shelf liners sold for refrigerators just don't cut it. For one thing, if you look closely at the pictures of these liners you will see that they don't cover from front to back ... just part way. As for spills? Come on! ... if your milk carton leaks the shelf liners will NOT be able to absorb a spill like that. These pans have a nice lip around the pan and would save the day if you had a leak. Problems also arise when you place frozen meats in the refrigerator to thaw because they frequently leak fluids ... especially chicken. It is so much easier to clean a pan rather than having to clean a mess that drips down to other parts of the refrigerator.Additionally, the shelf liners do not allow for sliding items from side-to-side, front-to-back ... and vice versa. Instead, they grip. Although, I don't want to scratch the glass shelves, I also don't want my arthritic hands to have to support the weight of items that I want in the back of the refrigerator. These pans take care of that. The fluted design allows for things to slide without effort. The heavier items ... like a full carton of milk ... can be moved with ease. These pans are the perfect size ... and have a nice weight. Because of the coating spills would be very easy to clean. And since they are stored in the refrigerator you never have to worry about the pans warping! My mother always used these types of pans in her refrigerator. Over the years I saw them save the day by containing spills. After coming home for the Commissary one day I put the cartons of milk in their place. I didn't notice that one was leaking. Had they not been stored in a pan like these it would have caused a huge mess. The reason I looked for liners is that I felt that maybe something had been invented that would serve the same purpose. However, it wasn't to be. The liners, to me, are sorely lacking and seem to be a total waste of time and money. Since the old pans were definitely showing their age, I decided to toss them and replace them with the USA Pans.I will probably purchase more of these for use in the refrigerator. Besides spills, these pans make it very easy to pull the pan out part way to more easily reach things stored in the back of the refrigerator.Yes, there are less expensive pans ... but the fluted design and coating makes moving things around much easier. So why not five stars? It is because of the Aluminum. We need to get it out of our pots/pans, food, deodorants, etc. When people are young and feel good, they don't worry about things like this. However, these things eventually catch up with us. Can you say Alzheimer's Disease? I still remember the Tabacco Industry claiming that smoking didn't harm our health. So, although I wouldn't use these for baking ... they are perfect for my refrigerator needs. More importantly, they are made in the USA. I believe that with their fluted design and coating they could have a whole new market for products to be used in the kitchen ... like the refrigerator.Amazon needs to make it easier to find products made in the USA. It wasn't an easy task finding these. Even when you ask for products made in the USA you still primarily receive options for products made in China. We need to support companies like USA Pan. I just wish they would get rid of the Aluminum!

Quality Pans
Thick, sturdy, easy to clean. I love these pans!
