Clarifies several points
I was pleasantly surprised to see books by J.G. Bennett available for the kindle. This is a very good book that requires some familiarity with the ideas of Gurdjieff and Bennett to make the most of it. I like the way in which Bennett's work makes Gurdjieff's more obscure content clearer and more accessible. This one is no different, producing good mappings of concepts into a scale of energies more intuitive that other ways of presenting the concepts.One caveat is that not all the illustrations in the book made it to my kindle file. Perhaps something went amiss while creating the digital book?

Energy exchanges serving a personal and universal purpose
Life is energy exchanges, we eat and so are able to continue living for a period of time, the understanding of this exchange of energies and our role in it has been ignored by psychology, science and archeology, but is necessary to delve into the possibilities of transformation we are faced with and whether we can muster the energy required for this personal and global evolution. Taken from the teachings of Gurdjeff, Bennett once again proves a true teacher able to elucidate and transmit his understaning.
