Very dissappointed!
Very poor packaging. Arrived in a tube which was not damaged in any way, but the product was creased (kinked not rolled correctly) and thus had major splits on center line every 6 to 8 inches. Was not worth the price. i had to use it for small areas only to work around the damage. This was purely damaged when it was rolled and loaded into the tube.

Good company to deal with
The product was pretty good, not to thick or thin, and the grain looked good though not perfectly straight grains. Best thing was the service. The post office squashed one end of the container and damaged the product so that the 2" on the long side was not usable. The company asked for pictures and offered a return or a partial refund for the damaged portion. All this in a matter of days, no international problems. Pretty good. I will use them again.
