Looks great, easy to install, and easy to replace a refill of paper towels. Off the counter which gives me more space to work.

Really easy to install. But make sure you mount it with the arm facing the opposite direction from the way you will pull the towel off the roll. In other words, if you plan to pull the towel to the left to tear it off, mount the towel holder with the open end to the right. I mounted it tge other way and pulled the whole roll off the holder nearly every time. I had to remove the towel holder and turn it the opposite direction. No priblems now.

Nice looking, solid and heavy. A bit difficult to use a drill to screw to wall due to placement of holes (holder arm in the way), but definitely not a deal-breaker. I have installed it vertically. Im thinking of adding something, (maybe little foam insulation?) To the center to keep the towel roll more centered. I chose this one over some other similar be ause I liked the plaque on the back.
