Works well when used correctly!
The media could not be loaded. Works great! The pocket 2 requires you to enable the underwater housing option, and then enter underwater mode! Once in the proper mode the camera works correctly with the housing, and you shouldn't see the housing in your videos. It's a bit of a snug fit, but that wasn't much of an issue for me.Any underwater housing can flood if the o-ring is not clean and properly sealed. With proper care this housing works great. I took it scuba diving down to about 55 feet without any issue and with excellent quality! (Check out the video)I highly recommend it, but make sure you take all proper precautions for underwater housings (clean/lubricate the o-ring, let it sit in water for a few minutes to check the seal, etc.)

Disappointing Quality Loss...
I was really excited to try out the DJI Pocket 2 Waterproof Case, thinking it would be the perfect accessory for taking my camera underwater or in harsh weather conditions. Unfortunately, my experience has been disappointing. While the case does a decent job of keeping the Pocket 2 safe from water and debris, it significantly lowers the quality of the footage and photos captured. The main issue is the optical quality. When the camera is inside the waterproof case, the lens has a noticeable distortion effect, resulting in blurry or hazy images. The colors also appear washed out, and the overall sharpness is reduced. I tried shooting both videos and photos in various conditions, but every time, the result was a lack of clarity and detail—definitely not what I was expecting from a product made for such a high-quality camera.Additionally, the functionality of the camera is hindered. The touchscreen is harder to use through the case, and the gimbal's movements feel restricted. The case is bulky and makes the camera harder to maneuver, which is particularly frustrating when trying to capture smooth, steady shots. In short, while the case does provide waterproof protection, it comes at the cost of significant quality loss, which really defeats the purpose of owning a DJI Pocket 2 in the first place. If you're looking to maintain the high standards of your footage while using the waterproof case, I would recommend looking elsewhere. This product was a letdown and not worth the investment.

Love my Pocket 2
This case is a great product. However, I need to use my audio on my videos. This covers all mics so audio is not clear.

not useful
The product is ok, but it is extremely complicated to use. Additionally, the image quality underwater is poor. Not recommended.

Do NOT buy this product
I cannot stress enough how bad this product is. I read all these reviews and saw all these nightmare stories people had to talk about and I made the horrible decision of ignoring them and taking a chance. I write this in hopes of you guys not falling for the same thing I did. Just like everyone else did, I watched every video and read every bit of information provided from DJI from the manual to the website and videos. I definitely did everything as stated. Then I go about using the product when the camera in the case fell not hard or high at all and not only did the cap completely pop off, but it caused my cameras 3 way axis to break. I contacted DJI about this issue and they told me that I was at fault when in reality a case couldn’t even do the job it was intended for. They want me to pay for the damages caused by a product that destroyed my camera. They told me they would transfer me to the senior department to straighten out the manner and I have yet to hear a word from them. Again, do NOT buy this product. Not only will your $80 be wasted, but you will have to pay for your camera to be fixed too if customer service decides to put you in a situation like mine.
