Bought these to put on 3 metal barrier poles in front of our solar batteries to protect our car doors. The rubber is not too squishy nor too hard and the adhesive is very strong. I wiped down the poles with isopropyl before sticking them on. Only issue I've found is the orange paper backing rips easiy and some pieces remain if you try to take it off too quickly. As the glue is very sticky, they need thicker paper so it doesn't rip too easily. Other than that, it's been holding up under the carport and no sign of the adhesive coming off. I don't know how durable it would be outdoors without cover from the elements.
