Due to location the wires can be broken easily. These are soldered on with enough surface area making them stronger than the original. Most desktop motherboards have beep codes to identify, completion of POST, and-or problems,

Perfect if your case doesn't have a built-in speaker
My case didn't come with a speaker, so I could never tell when my comp was posting properly. A GPU issue necessitated a semi-rebuild, so I took the opportunity to finally order an internal speaker. It plugs directly into the motherboard, and takes up just about zero room in the case. beep boop highly recommend

Saved my sanity and my wallet
This is the best tool for diagnosing pc issues. I bought a new psu (which I don't regret bc it gave me more headroom for upgrades) but didn't fix my issue of my pc not starting. Used this thing and turns out my ram wasn't in far enough, fixed it in a few minutes vs my struggle of around a week trying to fix my pc.Dirt cheap and worth far more than it's price.
