This eye massager feels great! If you have tension headaches, some settings provide excellent massage of the temples. It provides a firm massage that melts away tension headaches. If you have sinus headaches, there are settings that apply the perfect amount of heat to the forehead, eyes, and sinuses. And for tired eyes, there are settings that provide the perfect levels of compression massage to the eyes. This reduces puffiness of the eyes and helps to reduce dark circles under the eyes. I tend to have puffy eyes and I use this every morning while I drink my coffee. It definitely reduces puffiness. I also like that there are settings with heat and without heat. The "music" is also relaxing and one sounds like a waterfall. For the price, I was especially impressed with the durability and excellent performance of this device. It exceeded my expectations;

I am writing this review as a public service not because I like writing reviews, but because I struggled to find any authentic review for this product, or similar ones. If you check out this or other eye massagers on fake review detectors you'll see that almost all reviews are fake, so I literally decided to bet on one device and went for this one. I wanted to use it for a dry eye warm compress instead of the eye mask that you microwave. Bottom line - this is pretty useless.Here are my main observations:1) The warming function is very poor. The warmth seems to come from one random point somewhere above your nose. It's probably about 110F degrees (too hot) but it doesn't spread around at all, so your eyes get none of that warmth.2) There are 5 modes and 4 of them play build-in music through the worst speaker I've ever heard. The speaker itself is only on the right side and its quality remind me of something from the 1990s.3) The "massage" function is not useful for a warm compress but possibly OK if you need it to do other things around your head. It's also very noisy, especially as it inflates the air bag, so don't expect to hear much else, even if you have earbuds on.4) The unit is not comfortable around the nose. It's individual but I haven't had this with any other thing you put on your eyes, such as VR headsets, masks, etc.5) SAFETY - it feels pretty unsafe to have something of this quality (designed and made in China) emitting heat and inflating things around your eyes. It has a lithium battery, and things have happened. I wouldn't recommend anyone to use this on a regular basis because the risk of explosion likely outweighs any potential benefit.6) If Google Translate was tasked with translating the instructions into English the result would've been a lot better than what they are. It's hard to understand a good deal of what they were trying to write. Fortunately it doesn't matter much because the device is simple enough to figure out on your own. Simple and bad.I'll be returning this but not exchanging it for another because I'm pretty sure all of these devices are equally useless for what I was hoping to get out of this. For now I will stick to the flaxseed masks and the microwave...

It is a bit loud, so definitely use the Bluetooth while using. I've been having awful sore and itchy eyes, and this mask really helps
