I didn't like it at all! Very cheap material! It Broke right away. To expensive product

The media could not be loaded.  Just need to really work with it pulling weeds out before the 30 days are up (I do have a lot of weeds - perfect test).I understand people have mentioned that theirs broke on them (mostly after Amazon's thirty day return was up). I'm not seeing any issues. Maybe because the ground is moist enough to where, when I use the unit it doesn't struggle pulling the weeds out - the ground isn't dry or hard (not saying that was other's issue).I shot a video (ok, I'm not a movie maker, shooting with one hand) pulling out a huge Stinging Nettle (about 2.5 ' in diameter). It took three pulls to get the whole thing out. But it did work.I've also pulled a mess load of small Dandelions that same day. The larger types you pretty much need to grab them firmly around their base with your hands and pull them out with a firm,but steady pull, using gloves. The tool isn't really great for the large ones because their stem is too thick, interfering with the unit's claws. Anyway, if anything changes before 30 days, I'll update this.

never used garden tools before / its ok

I bought this for home use. In just my own yard, I use only 2-3 times a season. I got it out today to remove some weeds. Broke again after 15 min of use.I would not recommend you purchase this product. If there was a way to give less stars I would have.

The Gardtech weed puller started out as a wonder tool. It really is easy to use and saves your back. Pulls weeds really well. Unfortunately, on the second use, one of the blades broke right off and stayed wedged in the ground. I found that the puller still was working, but just for a while longer. It wasn’t long before the weeds won and the aluminum bar collapsed and folded while torquing a good sized weed out. If this product is to last for any period of time, it should be made with steel. Aluminum can’t take the torque being created when pulling a weed. This is a great design but made with inferior materials. It lasted not even two uses. About 5 bags of weeds. Cost me $10 a bag. Not a good ROI.

What a great tool. Its February in the Pacific North West and the soil is real wet. Great time to pull weeds with large,long tap roots. I will buy one for my sister is is only 75 years old. The tool is well made and easy for an "old lady" 78 yeas old to use. I can stand up and save my knees and back. The tool doesn't weight a lot that helps. Sorry I didn't see this sooner

You know there are so many different varieties of this kind of tool out there and I looked at so many and it’s hard to tell online, but I did pick this one and I am so delighted! I am 70 years old and I can use this tool with ease. I went out this afternoon and cleared a 1’ x 15’ area of thick matted grass in front of one of my flowerbeds and did it less than an hour and mulched it and everything. This tool made the job so easy. It cut my bending down to almost nothing. I am very, very happy.
