This book was very informative but I feel there could have been more information and less of the recipes. A little color in the images would have been more appealing.

I learned so much information from this book, awesome .good for beginners who likes to eat nutritious and healthy greens fresh from their sprouters.

This book is a waste of time. Very badly laid out = hard to read. Content that seems to be copied from the internet and recipes that are unappealing.
