It’s tiny so very easy to swallow. I can’t say much more, do any of us know if they make a difference? I think we take them and hope they do. If any one has noticed a difference I’d love to know. I genuinely would.

Little yellow tablets of joy! From the taste you know they are doing you good and topping your b vitamins up! This is my third order of these and I will continue to order. Some people might not like the taste but it’s better than the yellow joy being in a plastic capsule and it’s only for a second until you swallow it. Very good value for what you get
