These glow-in-the-dark Easter eggs were the highlight of our Easter celebration! The set comes with 72 eggs and 216 mini glow sticks, providing plenty for a large group. With our kids being a bit older we had to step up our Easter game. These were perfect for them! Fun and engaging, they kept my teen and my ten year old interested and excited. They glow brightly and last for several hours, even in the rain.

I expected these to be cool, but I was surprised by the quality of the egg itself. They are firm and solid, not flimsy like others I have used, and they hold the glow sticks in place nicely. Also, the colors of the glow sticks coordinate with the colors of the eggs. They are about the size of chicken eggs, so with the sticks in place, you can fit a small candy bar or jelly beans or money, but not larger items. Also, you don’t want to stuff them full or the glow is significantly reduced. They are water tight and can even float in a pool. I could see using them as decoration after Easter is over. You have to time filling them close to your hunt for maximum brightness. No more prepping days out, but the glow lasts for several hours. My tween and teen who still love an egg hunt really liked the spin by doing it at night. We are in Florida and it was much cooler and the chocolate didn’t melt! And it was just fun!Pro tip: the bags of the glow sticks aren’t labeled for color. Break one stick from each bag before you get started so you know what egg to pair what glow sticks with. It’s hard to tell the colors before they are glowing.

Really cute! Glow sticks lasted about 6 hours shining bright, and then got very dim. The pack of yellow glow sticks had a busted one inside which leaked over all the yellow ones. Each glow color is in a different bag. They're smaller than regular eggs, but I was able to fit 2 candies in each, some had single sized Skittles bags, and some had two packs of starbursts. Each egg has an indention inside that holds the glow sticks so they don't move around. My boys loved them and they're nearly perfect! The eggs are a durable thick plastic, not like the flimsy cheap eggs you find in stores. Def a fun night time tradition to add to Easter for little ones!

The media could not be loaded. oh my God, the kids had a ball with these. I hit them in the house and dark spots, and they enjoyed finding them by myself. Enjoyed them too. Only thing I would say is read the age on the box because my one year-old after he found the eighth I had to take the glow stick out cause kids at age like to bite everything so just be very mindful and careful. In video excuse the mess in my bedroom. I did it cause it was the darkest room in the house but cleaning every other room in the house. My bedroom is the last on the list so it’s kind of messy up there!!
