Filter-Monster True HEPA Replacement Compatible with Therapure TPP640 Filter, 2 Pack

I finally tore the orginal filter after vacuuming it for like the 70th time. This new filter is good so far! I have the TPP640s and it's a direct fit. The new filter has increased the airflow of my TheraPure by leaps and bounds! I didn't realize how bad the old filter was until I started using this new one.

It looks like the original filter, but after a couple of days my air filter's "change filter" indicator has turned on.This was never an issue with the original filter. I've taken out the filter and checked fitment, but the light remains on. I'm not sure if this is due to the filter having different element material, but never had this issue before.This was the only replacement filter I could find that has the foam padding at top and bottom of the filter (like the original) to form a tight seal.

This was a perfect fit for my Therapure TPP640. These are good quality filters. The filter it replaced had lasted well over a year...a quick monthly vacuum and it's good to go. Opening the package, the pristine white filter really showed me how much the old one (no longer white!) needed replacing. I originally purchased the TPP640 because the filters were "cleanable" and I didn't have to constantly buy replacements.

I had to return this item because despite the fact that this was the correct part number the item received was to big for my air filter, to tall for it by almost 4 inches. But they did a quick return for me.
