Item seems to have been used as there were port plugs missing and was covered in dust.
I ordered a Primary and Alternate stage at the same time from the same store. The Alternate arrived promptly and from what I can tell unused. The Primary arrived almost 10 days later and was surprised to see what seemed to be cardboard dust over the First stage and the Primary with 3 port plugs missing. Haven't tried the First and Primary out yet, but here's hoping it works as it should.
