Works and seems fairly accurate. The only negative is that the hanging part is not long enough so it always falls down when moving items in and out of the oven.

This is really good and useful .very small you can put in your oven directly . Can see the temperature as you required .Absuletly value for money .easy to use just put in oven

I even once washed it with water which in hindsight wasn't a good idea as it filled up with water. But it went in the oven afterwards and it still worked perfectly.
