Great 18v drill if you need one
Good drill as expected with great torque. I needed a drill for my Makita 18v kit and needed one that can drill concrete for wedge anchors. This one did the job and I was able to retire my dewalt 12v kit finally. What a deal for a tough drill.

Fantastic Drill, Lots of Torque
This drill performs excellent. It takes on tough jobs with ease. I have a few lower on the Makita line that I also like but this one is absolutely excellent. Will drive 4" decking screws and 3/8"x5" lag bolts without even slowing down.Well worth the little extra money.

Nice Quality Powerful Drill
Nice quality drill with plenty of power. Handle helps prevent over torque to wrist as we use with our planting auger.

A good price battery drill
I bought this drill mainly because the price was good and I already had 2 3AH 18vdc batteries. Unfortunately when I tried to recharge one of batteries it won't accept the charge. This is a Makita battery and so I didn't expect this. I have other marital drills and they are good. This drill feels good and I expect it to perform well when I use it. I will update my review later.

Makita at their best
Lasted longer than my neighbor's DeWalt, and still driving anything into anything. If I could use it as a saw it would be the only power tool I need.

USED, BROKEN, UNPROTECTED
The media could not be loaded. It arrived broken and appears to be used. It was naked in the shipping box, accompanied by a loose screw, a grip (still in its plastic sleeve), and the WRONG OWNER'S MANUAL (for an impact driver!). There was NO manufacture's packaging, no bubble wrap, and, not surprisingly, the shipping box was damaged where the thing obviously punched a hole in the end. It makes a horrible clanking when turning on and off, and the jaws on the chuck move in and out, possibly because the chuck doesn't stay tight.
