I have other ztotopcases for other iPad pros 12.9 and it was because of their fit and quality that I wanted another one to protect my new 2021 12.9 iPad Pro.The item arrived from Amazon on time and initially the case did not fit at all, however ZTOTOPCASES contacted me within 1 day and asked me in detail what was wrong and they told me they would contact the manufacturer and fix my issues. Once the issues where fixed they sent me an updated case and this new case fit like a glove. All the ports are where they should be and the TPU sides are not too hard. Excellent case to carry my giant iPad Pro around the house. The sleep/awake function work well.Overall this case is a 5 star for quality and customer service .

Too big for new 2021 iPad Pro, any corner or side I hold just slips off entirely it’s probably off my millimeters but I can’t use the case like this I had it for the 11 inch iPad Pro 2018 and that case was perfect but this one is too loose maybe wait for an updated version hopefully. Will be returning I can’t risk this iPad falling out of my hands. Also has a 5g antenna cutout but it does not need to be there as we saw from the iPhone 12.

I really wanted to like this case. I like the way it supports the Apple Pencil and I especially liked the color. But… even though the seller claims there case has the wake/sleep feature, it’s not happening. My iPad Pro 12.9 5th gen 2021, does not shut off when the front cover is closed nor does it wake up when the front cover is lifted. I would miss that feature, but i could adjust. However, when the back is folded back it just flops around. There is not enough magnetism to keep the cover in place either if on the screen or on the back. I tested the magnetism of the cover… as far as I can tell, there is no magnetism on the cover at all. No wonder it won’t wake/sleep! Definitely, don’t like that. So, it is headed back to Amazon. And I will continue with my search.

I ordered this ipad pro case as there weren't many choices when I got the new ipad pro. I honestly should have returned it but it's past it's return window at this point. This case was such a letdown.First off, I've been using this case for a month now and it still smells like fish every time I open it. I thought the smell would dissipate by now but it hasn't. I've tried rubbing it down with rubbing alcohol but it still smells terrible. Every time I open it up I get a whiff of it which is not great.The next thing is the case is SO flimsy. Unbelievably flimsy. Every time I bring up my ipad and try to open it, the case pops off the back. The back bends so easily and is far too loose on the ipad. Every time it bends in the corner when I try to hold it one handed it pops out and then presses all the volume and power buttons. Just a nightmare.I saw a review that said that ztopcases are sturdy which lead to me getting this case but I can say after using it for a month it is anything from sturdy.

I recently received the grey version of this case and so far the quality looks great and it fits really well. It feels sturdy so you can confidently prop it up on any surface, and it fits like a glove. I chose this case because very few cases provide protection to your pencil and all the edges without having an additional magnetic flap wrapping to the back of the case.A few cons though: you cannot one-hand the iPad by the pencil side of the case as it will start to come off. It is not magnetic on the back so when you fold the cover back it doesn't stick to anything, which can become annoyance when you are trying to hold it.Before this case, I had used two different iPad Pro cases, and though this case is not flawless, it is the best case I have owned so far.

The soft rubbery piece that the iPad is physically inside of is far too loose for 2021 iPad Pro 12.9". You cannot handle it by the corners, nor the side, without the iPad slipping out of the backing. I now have many homescreen screenshots from having to grip the corner of the iPad.Additionally, with a rubberish backing, the front cover cannot magnetically attach to the back when it's open.I've compared this Ztoptop Case to 2 other brand hard back cases, and this offers better protection than those, but I'll likely return all 3 iPad Pro 12.9" cases and keep looking.I've had a moulded Invellop case on my old 11" Air for years, and that's essentially what I want for the Pro, but a quality iPad Pro 12.9" protective case seems elusive.

It's good enough to protect the iPad and works well as a stand. It doesn't really fit snugly with the iPad Pro 2021 12.9 though. It's a bit loose so when I hold one end of the iPad with my hand, the iPad will slightly come out of the case at that side or corner. Lastly, the inner cover of the flap has a foul odor. I've tried airing out the case and even put my charcoal air purifying bag with it 2 nights in a row. Odor has still not gone away. Can still smell it after owning for 2 weeks now; it's worse after lifting the cover from the screen

Your browser does not support HTML5 video.  Fits great inside the case just all the cut out speakers camera it just doesn’t fit correctly it’s just off most of my cases are from this brand The iPad Pro large has been out for about two weeks hopefully in a few months they make a version two of his case

The seller saw my review below and immediately contacted me to offer me a resolution and sent a replacement case which fits the iPad perfectly. I am very satisfied now with this product and would not hesitate to recommend.This is a good case. The only issue is it’s not a snug fit so depending on how you hold it the top of the case comes away from the iPad. Other than that it’s fine.

Just does not fit tightly, it’s flimsy. Does not protect as previous versions for previous iPad Pro’s did.I like the pen protection and it covers the screen.Will use until new one arrives.

Ho acquistato questa cover dopo averne vista una simile (per un altro tipo di tablet) di un mio collega.La cosa bella é la protezione che offre su tutti e 4 i lati, non resta nulla scoperto, oltre che frontalmente e posteriormente. La penna del tablet resta all'interno della cover, in questo modo è impossibile perderla ed in più è sempre protetta. Con altre cover c'è Il rischio che si stacchi dal tablet dadendo in terra, cosa che non può accadere con questa. Ottima protezione e buon rapporto qualità prezzo.

This is the second case I bought for this ipad. The first was cheap and nasty. This one is so much better. The quality is good and the space for the pen to charge is a great touch. Very impressed.

good price. . not as sturdy as the last one but fine.
