Excellent Help in Cleaning up Christmas
This was purchased to help eliminate the extra pine needles that fall when taking the tree out of the house. There will always be needles in the area where the tree stood - but I wanted to avoid the trail of needles from the site to the door! This large bag was perfect in keeping everything contained during the trip to the curb. The bag was large enough to hold the live tree - but the material wasn't the strongest. I didn't mind the few holes that occurred due to thin materials - pine trees are sharp! But for the cost and the purpose of the product, I was completely satisfied with this purchase! It really helped avoid a larger cleaning mess of the house!

Perfect bag
I have a 7 foot pre-lit Douglas fir and was tired of assembling and unassembling it. Plus the box was falling apart. This bag is plenty big enough for me to store my tree fully assembled in my basement. I leave the opening at the bottom to keep the dust off and this bag is great.

Imperfect but the best I've found
I don't know why the images on the packaging indicate you can put this on from the trunk up, but as other reviewers have noted, you have to cut a special hole in the bag for this. I think this leads to tearing. The plastic is pretty thin, but I haven't found that to be a really big deal. This is what I have done:Put the bag over the top of the treeslowly move it down the tree, pushing branches up (think of how the tree came before its branches fell into place)get the bag as far down as it will go, gather the bag at the bottom (use the huge twist tie they include to help)remove the tree from the standtilt on the grounduse a plastic shopping bag to put around the trunk and pull it from thereI've had pretty good luck with these. They do form small rips where the branches poke out, but I haven't lost many needles that way. In all, it's not a flawless product, but I buy them every year. I will say, though, what Amazon is charging now (~$7) is pretty high. I buy mine for $4 at the tree lot.

Easy to use
Great product to have especially if your are staying in a apartment complex the clean up is very seemless. All you have to do is when you receive your tree and tree bag just simply place the bag under the tree. To hide the clear bag just simply put a tree skirt on top of the bag. When the holiday season is over with remove the skirt and pull the bag up to the top of the tree and tie.

Ripped while bagging tree
Followed directions, was very careful while pulling bag over short 5.5 foot tree and one side ripped all the way. Waste of money, thinner than a trash bag, junk . Would not buy again
