Way better results than I was expecting

I take bee pollen daily and enjoy it, but I did notice this brand is Lower dose, so I am moving to a higher dose brand but wanted to share my opinion as I’ve been on these for about a year, I don’t really notice improved energy, but to be fair I have medical issues and can cause that. I don’t notice any strong taste, but these do smell strongly on honey, there’s so bad taste easy to swallow, (but I’m really good at swallowing pills) So if your looking for better health benefits without having to swallow a ton of these I’d go for the higher dose, I’d start with these to make sure bee pollen is right for you, but then I’d up your dose for the full effect

I do like NOW brand Bee Pollen & it is affordable. I am sure there are worse and better on the market. When you add Royal Jelly to any bee pollen supplement the price soars. When you are on a fixed income & cannot afford the Royal Jelly, this product works for me.

I take this seasonally to keep bees and wasps from stinging me. It works wonders. I delivered mail for 24 years and there were many instances where I was attacked by stinging insects. I am a person who attracts them for some reason. Whether it is the tone of my skin or my scent, bees and wasps will fly past three people to attack me. Taking bee pollen once a day, they still pass the same three people but get within a few feet of me and stop in midair. Love it!
