I took this product as directed on the bottle and within an hour I was throwing up. I do not have weak stomach and there is no chance that my meal was spoiled.

This is a pretty typical men's multi vitamin. It has a decent assortment of vitamins, minerals, and herbals with good concentrations. It is made in the USA by a US owned company. The company has a wide assortment of men's products. It is a two a day capsule variety. The price is a little bit high for this type of multi vitamin. But it does seem to be good quality. The product description does contain this statement which makes me wonder about the marketing team though: "Brave the polluted outdoors knowing you’re taken care of."

I like the energy I get from these multivitamins.They give me the force to get through the day with relative ease. I take two in the morning with breakfast and I'm good to go.I do wish they came in gummy format, but these are pretty effective, so no complaints here.It's a great list of ingredients and I like that they use veggie capsules.The price seems reasonable, considering the quality of the product.Highly Recommended!!!
