I have had awful trouble with my knees (arthritis and a benign tumor that keeps recurring.) My doctor told me that rather than do arthroscopy, he wanted me to take Ibuprofen, do Physical Therapy and take Glucosamine. I tried several different types of Glucosamine and none of them did anything. Then I tried this one and - wow. Amazing difference. I still have some bad days but my knees are so much better. I would never switch to a different brand. I have trouble finding this brand in the stores so I am VERY glad I can get it through Amazon.

This is a great product. It has significantly lessened my with joint pain. It was recommended to me by my doctor, who specializes in homeopathic medicine. It will take sometime for it to be fully effective. So be patient. It will be worth the wait.

Although it is not a cure, my knees feel better taking this than anything else I have tried
