I brought this as a gift for my girlfriend a year ago January 5th to surprise her for her birthday... we didn't decide to use it until today, it was clean and was never open until today never been used at all but once we plugged it in all we got was a beeping noise we followed the manual and rebuild everything from scratch and still the beeping persist we tried different sockets the beeping still persist I decide to now come back today and look in the comments cuz when I first brought this it was five stars but now looking back I see is 4.2 and I'm looking at the negative reviews and they all have similar problems such as I where there is a persistent beeping noise and it won't even turn on... and now looking back apparently they discontinue this product and I know why now...

The media could not be loaded. Not only is the product beautiful it is so easy to use and it’s easy to clean up. I love this juicer so much. This is the best purchase I’ve made! I have juiced my family out. I make it so much because the machine is so easy to use. I’ve purchased one for all of my siblings because I love it so much. I want everyone to be healthy like me and my family. I promise you will not be disappointed when you purchased this juicer. I’ve actually had juicers break because I use them so much. Also some other juicers don’t allow full size fruits and veggies. Some other juicers have lot of pulp in the juice or froth and I have to strain the juice afterwards. Not with this juicer. The juice is nice an clean. Also it takes less than a few minutes to clean it. Hot water and a light scrub and it’s clean. Please purchase this you will not be disappointed. I promise you.!

I took the photos and videos with my other phone. I’ll just say that the Manual states not to push the power button when your hands are wet because it can cause electric shock. And the button feels cheap. So it’s going to fail at the power button. The Jacalene juicer has a very robust power button, and I’ve been using it for 10 years and he’s probably never going to break at this point. This user has a cheap power button. Moreover, the manual states that there are two different modes on this juicer for a hard fruits and soft fruits. That is grossly in accurate. There is one mode and one mode only. There is a forward and reverse. But reverse only runs for 10 seconds and it automatically stops itself so it was not meant to run forward and reverse. The reverse feature I believe it’s just for unclogging it. Overall at first I was excited because it looks cool, but it’s very cheap. And that became apparent when you go to assemble it. I could it’s hard to assemble, but it’s not that smooth. It was cheap enough, I bought it to replace my old Jacalene juicer thinking at the auger would be better, and it might be I’m not sure. But I’ll be sending this back and buy a new blade for my Jacqueline. But things got a beast of a motor it’s gonna keep on ticking. There’s things cheap to be lucky if it lasted me a year. This throwaway society, Amazon is this feeling that making it worse. If I can say anything good about it it’s a little bit quieter than the Jacalene which I don’t mind that at all. But it’s hard to clean in the Jacalene. It’s got more pieces, and then stuff gets stuck in the funniest little places
