Hillsdale FurnitureWillow Bend Stationary Backless Counter Height Stools, Set of 2, Antique Brown Walnut

I am giving this item an 1 star because one of the stools had issues and customer service is the worst ever. The top did not sit on top of the legs correctly, both of the wooden dowels used to connect the top to the legs was missing and once put together one leg is about 3/4 inches shorter and one of the decorative nails was laying in the bottom of the box. I have been trying to just get replacement parts but about every other day I get an email stating "we are working on this".

Purchased 2 sets of these. I was unable to complete my set as they were missing parts. A letter came with the box to contact the manufacturer hillsdale furniture directly for missing or defective parts. I contacted them by email and phone and the only response was for me to show proof of the Amazon purchase. I still have yet to have a part almost a month laterI will never buy another hillsdale product ever again.

I purchased 4 Hillsdale Willow Bend bar stools for my remodeled kitchen and they are perfect for what I wanted. Haven't had them long, so can't vouch for longevity, but they seem to be well made and are very pretty. They sit well and are a little higher than standard, so the fit seems better as far as sitting at the island. We had a small issue and contacted Hillsdale and they were prompt and curteous and handled our issue to our utmost satisfaction. No complaints here!

Great stool! NOT made in China!! Made in Vietnam. Much better quality than Chinese products. So easy to put together and great quality!! Beautiful brown tones work perfect for my kitchen.

Loved the packaging. Everything was well protected and packed in a way that was easy to open and in great condition.The instructions are simple because it's truly simple to assemble. I have severe arthritis in my hands and even I managed to assemble each stool in about 15 minutes a each.The end product is sturdy, comfy and complentary to my decor.A great value and I am so happy I ordered them.
