Beautiful but the flow restriction is a pain
This faucet is gorgeous and functional. Great reach on the pull down. One big negative is the flow restriction. Our plumber advised it’s not removable and the only way round it is to drill it out which will void the warranty.

Model home quality for a lot less.
Love the color contrast of the black graphite with the rest of our kitchen. We plan on changing out the rest of the faucets in the house over time. We will use Vigo for them.

Restocking Fee
The product received was not as shown on vendors ad. The photos look black, so I was surprised that the faucet was actually grey. The seller is enforcing a restocking fee, in addition to the return shipping costs, which is garbage. This is not stated in any of their online descriptions. Do better, VIGO.
