I wanted some packaging tape in bulk. These were nicely priced. The tape sticks nicely and seems strong. Not flimsy. Easy to cut. Easy to apply. Works well. Nice amount of tape per roll. Packaging tape size. Stretches out nicely. You don't need to fight with it. Solid option. Good job Amazon Basics. I'm happy I bought these rolls.

Better quality than I expected There is definitely a “tape smell” but personally that’s not an issue for me given that the tape feels thicker/more durable than uline tape (which was previously my go to). Uline tape was coming in over $3/roll when I picked this up and the quality of the Amazon tape vs the price is great. ☑️ No issues with sticking/sealing ☑️ No issues with quality or functionality - and with the tape being a little thicker it doesn’t as easily flop over when you’re trying to tape a box which I love

I was skeptical when buying this tape, as I've used generic branded packing tape before and have regretted it. This stuff rocks, though. It's easy enough to start a new strip without tearing down the middle, and it feels secure when taping a package closed. It's a great buy for the price.

Packing tape. 1 inch no good. 2 inches is all you really need, dont listen to what other people say. But really though, supper secure even when the box flaps dont line up properly, adheres well, and the best part is when the tape gets stuck to the roll and you're trying to scrape off the edge, it actually peels easily without issue or tearing into a dozen separate strands.

Been using this tape since August of 2025, it is great tape. I just had to reorder tape On December 30th 2025. It great tape the width is nice for what we do. Extremely clear tape so you can still scan labels after it has been used. I would say we ship out at-least 30 package’s a week on average to give you an idea. This is with us taping basically the entire mailer boxes. Great tape, fantastic price and I will buy again! Thanks

Does what its supposed to do. The smell is quite strong, take them out of the plastic and let them air our somewhere.
